During the cooking class, you will learn how to prepare one traditional Moroccan dish.

The workshops are organized in small groups in one of the most beautiful guest houses in the valley. Each cooking class is directed by an experienced local chef, glad to share with you the ingredients, recipes and secrets of the most popular Moroccan dishes.

Following the instructions and information provided by your chef, you will have the chance to prepare traditional Berber bread as well as a Moroccan dish, and while waiting for your dish to be cooked, you can enjoy the amazing landscapes of Ourika Valley during a short walk with a local guide.
